Morning Blue's Remedy!

The morning blues can be horrible.  I know how it feels to not want to get out of the bed sometimes.  But then I remember my mantra, "To conquer all."  I hear the birds chirping outside, signaling the day has long begun, and I am up and out of my bed, placing the kettle on high then unfolding my yoga mat to commence my morning stretches.  What is it the jump starts your mornings?  Read how dancers from Pineapple Dance Studio in London kickstart their days:
