As an artist, the daily grind can be pretty arduous. We face rejection after rejection, and are never happy with our progress. We are so consumed by trying to perfect our craft that sometimes we get burnt out and lose sight of our initial goals. When this happens, it is important that we take a breather and regroup. After watching this video, I realized the power dance holds and the different effects it can have on people.
