Tip: Know your Competition
Although you may have a brand or business that you think is unique to the market, never assume that there isn't competition out there-because there is. Do some digging. Find out who is your direct and indirect competition and what they are doing to get your customers. How can you distinguish yourself from them so that your clientele repeats business with you? What is it about your competition that works for them and how can you implement their tactics into your already-winning plan? It is important that you are continuously doing market research in your industry.
